Easter with the Pitcher Family

Every year Uncle Mark and Aunt Polly have an awesome Easter Egg hunt and lunch for us. It is so delicious. Polly is a great cook. Uncle Mark loves Easter and throws a great party. He has a egg hunt for the little kids and one for the big kids. I always tell him I am too old to play, but he yelled at me this year and told me not to ruin his easter, so I played. This year for the big kids he made us get in pairs and tie our ankles together. Scott tied us way too tight and my ankle still hurts today. We went out and got as many eggs as we could and then played a game with a few of them. It was fun. He hid $140 in the eggs. We ended up with $22. Not too bad. Scott and I on the hunt. We did get the most eggs! We rock!JThey wouldn't let Katie play because she is due in one week, but you can see Polly and Kendra, Steve and Blake, Melissa and Eric, and Jenny and Kelsie.

Great Grandma and Grandpa
Grandpa blowing bubbles with Mags and Ell.

Mindy! Uncle Mark in the background.

Cute Annie with her pig tails

Maggie loving her peep, though you can't tell by the pic.

Ellie took a little while to figure out what to do with her candy, but after a few minutes she started to load up.

Spring Break

For Springbreak this year we decided to go down to Disneyland with Scott's Family. We stopped in Vegas and let the kids spend too much money at Circus Circus and the next day headed down to the beach. It wasn't 80 degrees, so I wasn't going to get in the water, but the kids had a blast.

Disneyland

So sorry about the million pics, but it was such a great trip. We went with Scott's family which was really nice. His parents don't love roller coasters, so they would watch the kids so we could ride everything. Here is my color coded family. I had dreams of losing Mags and Ell for weeks. This was Margarets favorite ride. Though after she went on a great ride, I had a hard time convincing her that there were more fun rides in the Park.

The girls all loved the castle, but Mindy especially loved it.

Going on Thundermountain. Annie's favorite ride was Splash Mountain. She was so brave, she rode every ride except Screamin and the thing that shoots you upin the air super fast. She loved the Hollywood Tower of Terror too. What a trooper. She did cry when we got off of Space Mountain, but she was also on the front row with Sierra. I probably should have sat by her.

Waiting to see Crush the Turtle. Totally cute Dude.

Ellie getting sick on the tea cups!

Cute Mindy! She loves Disneyland and all of the Princesses and she talks about Disneyland all of the time. The trip wouldn't be the same without her. Also as an extra bonus we did get to go up the exit of a bunch of rides because we had Mindy with us and we didn't have to wait very long. The new Nemo ride is great. Though poor Ted had to hurry and get out of the submarine before the ride started because he is claustrophobic. Good thing he got out in time.

This was the Lizards favorite ride. She loved riding on the ponies as she called it. Sierra, Makayla and Jake were such good helpers on the trip and were always taking care of Lizard and Mag pie.

Makayla me and Lizard. I hope that isn't a mean nickname, but I can't stop calling her that. I actually have way too many nicknames for my kids.
Annie is Annie Bug, Bug, Ann and Annabelle
Margaret is Maggie, Maggie Gene, Mags, Mag Pie and Magster
Elizabeth is Ellie, Ellie Mae, Ell and Lizard

The whole group except Jenny and I. We were taking the pics.

We waited 2 hours to see 3 princesses. It was worth it for Mindy and the girls, but wow that took forever.

Poor Mags legs got so tired and she didn't want to ride in the stroller, so we carried her alot. Usually Scott because he is the biggest sucker, I mean sweet dad.

Are we there yet?

My favorite pic. It was an awesome vacation. I can't wait to go on another one.

It's raining

So usually the words "It's Raining" aren't too bad, but on conference Sunday they were so so bad. I will try to be quick, but that's hard for me. So on Sunday the upstairs bathroom toilet clogged and Scott was at work. The girls and I were going up to Cache Valley with Scott's family to Great Grandmas to watch conference. Anyway I was in such a hurry and I thought I will just plunge later, they are going to be here any minute. So 10 minutes later I forget and send Mags to the bathroom and she comes to me downstairs with wet legs. I freak and accuse her of peeing her pants and she said it was the toilet. I start for upstairs and tell her to run to the bathroom before she wets her pants. She runs to the downstairs bathroom and screams "It's raining". AAAHHHH!!!!!!!!!! So there is water raining out of the bathroom fan splashing all over the bathroom. I run upstairs and plunge the toilet. OF COURSE I DON'T TURN THE WATER OFF, so the water pours all over the floor and I might have flushed the toilet again, but I won't admit that. I clean up the upstairs bath with a bunch of towels and then run downstairs to do the same to the other bathroom. Luckily we have the fan and most of the water came through without ruining the ceiling, but of course it did ruin about 2 inches down all along the wall. So RUDE. I wish this would have happened 2 months ago. So my inlaws come in while I am sanitizing the bathrooms and I go to take the first load to the laundry room and the washer is BROKEN. Could it get anyworse? Well my inlaws are awesome and took all of that nasty laundry home to do for me. And now I get to buy a new washer!

Mags

Maggie loves to have friends over to play and lately we have had lots of friends over to play. She has had so much fun. They especially love to play dress up. Who doesn't?
Poor Ethan, I really need to get some cowboy hats or football helmets.
