Big Girls
My big girls are all growing up.
Last week Annie turned 8 years old what a big girl she is. This week she is going to be babtized. I can't believe it. While in Oklahoma she finally learned to swim. This might not seem amazing, but all my girls are pretty afraid of the water. Two weeks of swimming in OK helped out. She can swim underwater across the pool and is so comfortable in the water. This year I promise to do swimming lessons.

Mags turns 5 years old in one week and learned to ride her bike this week. Her friends Ethan and Dillon learned to ride their bikes while we were in OK and they couldn't wait to show her. She tried for a few days and finally figured it out. She is so proud of herself, she likes to tell everyone.

The very same day Ellie Mae learned to pedal on her bigwheel. She likes to argue, so if you call her big, she will tell you she is little and if you call her little, she will tell you she is big. What a cutie. She just turned 3 years old.

And 4 month old Eva can roll over. Wow I can't believe it. Eva is a very happy baby. She is very independent and loves to stick her tongue out.

Oklahoma Weather
We are in Oklahoma again for another one of Scott's classes and we are counting our blessing today after a giant storm came through while we were at the movie theatre. We could hear the hail hitting the roof of the theatre and then feel the rain coming through too. The theatre stopped the movie and we watched the hail come down. After assessing the damage to the Scott's parents Cruiser (I wish we wouldn't have taken it) the theatre started all the movies up again only to be interrupted by a fire alarm. So we thought we were now in a tornado, but it was a false alarm. They started the movies up again only to be stopped when the Firemen showed up and made them close down due to roof damage. I'm so thankful we are safe and don't live in OK with all their crazy weather.Monday, April 12, 2010
Springbreak in Moab
We spent spring break in Moab. We had so much fun hiking and wheeling. We hiked to Delicate Arch and up Moab Rim Trail. We are so lucky to have our pictures. Our new camera some how corrupted our memory card, but Scott saved the day and downloaded some software to fix it.
Annie and Mags were great hikers. Mags has improved so much from last year. The day after we hiked to Delicate Arch, Maggie saw a picture of the arch and was so excited because she had been there.
We took our cruiser and Ted's cruiser on Gemini Bridges trail. Annie was so nervous and wouldn't let anyone unbuckle. She is such a little mini mom. Mindy got pretty nervous too, she doesn't love wheeling.
Tusher Tunnel
We took the girls wheeling on Fins and Things. They thought it was great, Annie wasn't nervous anymore. Annie and Maggie jumped out of the cruiser with me and helped me direct Scott. If you look close you can see the dented bumper. That happened before I started navigating. ha ha
